We’ve built two escape rooms inside the real Victorian prison. Find the clues, crack the codes and piece together what happened here before the clock runs out. Jail Break takes up to 8 players and Forgotten Cell up to 6, so book both and bring a team of 14.

Why stop at escaping when you can experience the whole jail?
You’ve escaped the jail. Now meet the people who never did. Our live performance tour takes you through the cells with costumed characters from the jail’s past. It’s funny, a bit grim and very Stirling.
Add it to your escape for £13.50 per person.
The Important Bits
A few things to know before you’re locked up!
How many people can play? Jail Break takes 2 to 8 players and Forgotten Cell 2 to 6. Book both rooms at once for groups of up to 14. For bigger groups, email groups@oldtownjail.co.uk and we’ll build you a schedule.
How much does it cost? From £12 per person, with a minimum of £40 per booking.
Is it suitable for children? All ages are welcome under adult supervision.
Will we get hints? If you get stuck you can ask for a clue, we will be on hand to help.
When should we arrive? 5-10 minutes before your start time. We have free onsite parking and toilets.
Can we change our booking? Yes, if you let us know in advance. Call 01786 595024 or email hello@oldtownjail.co.uk.
Is it accessible? The escape rooms are up three flights of stairs, so they aren’t suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Please call us before booking if you have any access questions.
Where are you? Stirling Old Town Jail, St John Street, Stirling FK8 1EA. We’re a two-minute walk down the hill from Stirling Castle. You can park at the Jail for free.
